Information pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decreet n. 196/2003 Code on the protection of personal data

Pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 regarding the protection of personal data, AppFactory Srl (“App”), located in 16121 – Genoa (GE), Piazza della Vittoria 15, as “Owner” of the treatment, inform the user of the website “www.tabletize.com” (hereinafter respectively the ‘”User” and “Website”) that the personal data from the same directly or indirectly supplied and acquired as a result (s) for registration on the Site; (ii) request for information about the services offered by App; (iii) the navigation on the Site through the so-called “Log” system (henceforth collectively the “Data”) will be processed for the following purposes:

  1. purposes strictly connected and / or necessary to the satisfaction of the requests made from time to time by User through the website or by e-mail or other means of electronic communication;
  2. purposes related to obligations of law, regulations and EU normative, as well as provisions imparted by authorities legitimized by law or by the vigilance and control;
  3. sending out newsletters and promotional material concerning services offered by App; market research; economic and statistical analysis.

In relation to the purposes set out above, Data processing is done through manual, computer and electronic logic strictly related to the purposes in question and, in any case, in order to ensure their security and confidentiality. Also, if this is necessary in order to satisfy demands of the User, data can be communicated to companies, including foreign ones. App uses cookies solely to improve and develop services offered. Data may include, for example, IP address of the connected computer, browser type and pages visited.

The cookie is a file that the Site install the hard disk of the User. App informs Finally, Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, gives, the User who provides their information, specific rights. In particular, the user can obtain from the owner or from the responsibility of the confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their data and that such data be made ​​available to him in an intelligible form. You may also request to know the origin of the data and the logic and purposes on which the treatment is based; obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of the data processed in violation of the law and updating, correction or, if there is interest, integration of data; oppose, for legitimate reasons, the treatment itself.
